DHG members reported that December 2025 delivered record-breaking results for multiple affiliated properties. Performance gains were primarily driven by strong average daily rates (ADR), supported by consistent growth in food and beverage revenue and other ancillary services.

Early indicators for January 2026 suggest continued positive momentum. Although some calendar-related moderation is expected in March, forecasts indicate that Ramadan trading is likely to outperform the previous year, reinforcing Dubai’s year-round demand resilience.


Government Engagement Highlights Tourism’s Economic Impact

The meeting featured participation from Maria Hanif Al Qassim, Assistant Undersecretary at the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism.
