Hilton Expands in Saudi Arabia with Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley
Hilton will introduce its luxury brand Conrad Hotels & Resorts to Riyadh with the signing of Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley. Developed in partnership with Mashareq Investment, the 170-key hotel is expected to open in 2025. Located in the prestigious Laysen Valley development near the Diplomatic Quarter, the property will feature upscale accommodation, dining venues, wellness facilities, and meeting spaces, strengthening Hilton’s luxury expansion in Saudi Arabia.
Conrad Brand to Debut in the Saudi Capital
Hilton has announced plans to open Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, marking the entry of Conrad Hotels & Resorts into Riyadh. The new luxury hotel will be developed in collaboration with Mashareq Investment and is scheduled to welcome guests in 2025.
The signing represents Hilton’s continued commitment to expanding its premium portfolio in high-growth destinations across the Kingdom.
Strategic Location in Laysen Valley
Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley will be situated within Laysen Valley, one of Riyadh’s prominent mixed-use developments. Positioned opposite the Diplomatic Quarter and close to key government institutions and corporate headquarters, the hotel will cater to both international business travelers and regional leisure guests.
