Millennium Hotels and Resorts has reinforced its leadership structure across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) with two key executive appointments, signalling a renewed focus on regional growth, localisation, and long-term asset development.

The hospitality group has appointed Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim as Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East & Africa region, while naming Wahdan Al Kadi as Chief Executive Officer for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market. Together, the appointments establish a dual leadership framework aligned with regional market maturity and national development priorities.

Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim Appointed CEO – Middle East & Africa

Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim brings more than two decades of experience across real estate, investment, and professional services in the UAE to his role as CEO for MEA. His background offers a strong ownership-led perspective, supporting Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ strategy to operate as a regionally rooted hospitality brand.

In addition to his responsibilities at Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, Kazim also serves as CEO of Tetra Hospitality Investment, the owner and operator of multiple hotel assets across the region. His leadership is expected to focus on operational alignment, community-driven initiatives, and talent development aimed at strengthening regional capabilities and brand consistency.

Wahdan Al Kadi Takes Charge of Saudi Arabia Market

Wahdan Al Kadi has been appointed CEO for the Saudi Arabia market, bringing over 23 years of cross-sector experience spanning banking, investment, telecommunications, and public-sector advisory roles.

Prior to joining Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, Al Kadi served as Chief Business Officer at Saudi Arabia’s Tourist Development Fund (TDF), where he contributed to national tourism initiatives under Vision 2030. His appointment comes as Millennium continues to expand its footprint in the Kingdom, with properties operating across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Hail, and Jazan.

Supporting Expansion and Vision 2030 Alignment

With Saudi Arabia positioned as a key growth market, Al Kadi’s role will focus on portfolio expansion, asset performance, and strategic partnerships aligned with national tourism objectives. The company recently marked a milestone with the opening of Millennium Jeddah, its first property in the city and ninth in the Kingdom.
