The event welcomed His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, highlighting the national importance of the exhibition as a platform supporting food security, trade growth and international collaboration.

The integrated two-venue model ensured seamless movement between forums and trade halls, allowing policy discussions and commercial negotiations to advance simultaneously.

Emirates Bustanica formalised a memorandum of understanding with Spinneys and Waitrose to develop a private-label offering under the “Eat Better” concept. The collaboration aims to expand access to locally grown, sustainable produce and strengthen retail supply chains in the UAE and the wider GCC.

Meanwhile, Solico Group confirmed the launch of its AED 130 million SoFood Dubai production facility, reinforcing domestic manufacturing capacity and contributing to the UAE’s long-term food security vision.
