Armani Residences Diriyah: Armani’s First Branded Homes in Saudi Arabia

Diriyah Company has unveiled Armani Residences Diriyah, marking the official debut of the Armani brand in Saudi Arabia’s luxury residential sector. Announced during MIPIM in Cannes, the project introduces a limited-edition collection of ultra-premium homes in Diriyah, widely known as “The City of Earth.”

This landmark development strengthens Diriyah’s position as one of the Middle East’s most ambitious cultural and lifestyle destinations under Vision 2030.

A Design Vision Led by Giorgio Armani

The 15 exclusive residences will feature interiors personally curated by Giorgio Armani, bringing his signature design philosophy to Riyadh for the first time. The aesthetic blends Armani’s refined minimalism with the earthy tones, symmetry, and geometric motifs inspired by traditional Najdi architecture.

The result is a distinctive living environment that honours Saudi heritage while embracing contemporary Italian elegance.

Prime Setting in Diriyah Square

Located in Diriyah Square, the residences will sit alongside the upcoming Armani Hotel Diriyah, which is scheduled to open in 2026 with 70 guest rooms, two restaurants, and a spa.

Diriyah lies just 15 minutes from central Riyadh and borders the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif district, the historic birthplace of the First Saudi State.

This strategic location offers residents proximity to high-end retail, dining, and cultural attractions, positioning the development at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s heritage-led urban transformation.

Residential Concepts and Layout

Armani Residences Diriyah will be delivered across three design themes: The Palm Residences, The Botanical Residences, and The Royal Penthouses.

Spanning approximately 1,200 to 1,900 square metres, each residence includes three-bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, formal reception areas, family living spaces, private libraries, and swimming pools.

An architectural highlight is the “Tower of Light,” a sculptural staircase that connects the residences while allowing natural daylight to filter through geometric openings, creating dynamic patterns of light and shadow.

All homes will be fully furnished by Armani/Casa, featuring bespoke kitchens, custom bathroom fittings, private elevators, and direct underground parking access.

Exclusive Lifestyle Privileges

Owners will benefit from privileged access to Armani Hotel Diriyah amenities, including the hotel pool, fitness centre, business lounge, and dining services.

Additional services include 24-hour concierge, valet parking, private buggy transport between the residence and hotel, and dedicated property management. Residents will also receive exclusive global privileges within the Armani network, including priority reservations and personalised design consultations.
