Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled plans to introduce two flagship properties — Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina — in Jaumur, a luxury marina community within Magna, part of NEOM in northwest Saudi Arabia. Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotels will reinforce Hyatt’s strategic expansion across the Kingdom while supporting NEOM’s vision for sustainable, future-focused coastal destinations along the Gulf of Aqaba.

Jaumur: A Cosmopolitan Marina Destination

Jaumur has been conceptualized as a high-end residential and hospitality enclave designed around a world-class marina. Located on the Gulf of Aqaba coastline, the development integrates modern architecture, marine innovation and active lifestyle experiences within a master-planned environment.

The marina will accommodate approximately 300 berths and feature a dramatic aerofoil-inspired structure rising above superyacht docks. The waterfront promenade is expected to become a hub for cultural programming, dining, retail and leisure, creating a dynamic year-round community.

The broader development will also include approximately 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas with waterfront access, positioning Jaumur as one of NEOM’s most distinctive coastal districts.
