The concept operates within a compact footprint of under 3,000 square feet and brings together seven in-house food brands alongside a 34-seat dine-in area. This format allows for operational efficiency while offering a wide variety of cuisines under one roof.

Guests can place orders via multiple touchpoints, including online platforms, delivery applications or on-site using QR codes and self-service kiosks. The model supports delivery, takeaway through smart pick-up systems and dine-in, catering to different customer preferences.

Halla Food features a curated mix of established and new food concepts, covering categories such as burgers, pizzas, desserts, fried chicken and Lebanese home-style cuisine. This multi-brand approach enhances choice and encourages repeat visits.
