Four Seasons Strengthens Presence in the United Arab Emirates

Luxury hospitality leader Four Seasons has announced a major expansion in the United Arab Emirates with plans to open Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2026. The property will be managed in partnership with Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International.

The upcoming launch highlights Four Seasons’ continued confidence in the UAE market and reflects rising demand for premium beachfront resorts beyond Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Prime Coastal Setting in Ajman

The resort will be located in Ajman’s Al Zorah district, an area known for its natural mangroves, coastal lagoons and championship golf facilities. Positioned approximately 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the destination offers convenient access while maintaining a peaceful and nature-focused environment.

Upon reopening under the Four Seasons brand, the resort will feature 23 private villas and 74 guest rooms and suites. Each accommodation will include private terraces with sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf, creating a seamless blend of comfort, privacy and coastal scenery.

Reimagined Design and Enhanced Amenities

Before welcoming guests, the property will undergo significant upgrades to its rooms, villas, public spaces and wellness facilities. The redesigned resort will showcase contemporary architecture surrounded by landscaped gardens and open-air spaces.

Key highlights will include a 280-foot infinity pool, a dedicated adults-only pool overlooking the sea, and a separate children’s pool designed for families. Private beachfront cabanas, direct beach access, and expansive outdoor areas will reinforce the resort’s positioning as an exclusive coastal retreat.

Guests will also have access to a fully equipped fitness centre and a luxury spa focused on relaxation and rejuvenation.

Lifestyle Experiences and Outdoor Recreation

Beyond traditional resort amenities, Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will offer curated experiences for travellers of all ages. Families can take advantage of the Kids For All Seasons programme, while nature enthusiasts will have opportunities to explore nearby protected mangroves and lagoons.

Golf travellers will benefit from proximity to the Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club, home to an 18-hole championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Elevated Dining and Event Spaces

The culinary programme will feature multiple dining venues, including an all-day restaurant serving international cuisine, a beachfront bar and grill, and a signature Italian restaurant overlooking the sea.

The resort will also position itself as a venue for corporate and social gatherings with a grand ballroom, a landscaped courtyard and three flexible meeting rooms, making it suitable for weddings, conferences and private celebrations.

Expanding the Four Seasons UAE Portfolio

The Ajman resort will join an established network of Four Seasons properties across the UAE, including Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, and Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.

This expansion strengthens the brand’s footprint in the Middle East while supporting Ajman’s growing appeal as a luxury leisure destination.
