JLL Strengthens Middle East and Africa Leadership

JLL has named Mouhammad Takieddin as Regional Head and Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The appointment reinforces JLL’s commitment to expanding its footprint in high-growth regional markets.

Based in Riyadh, Takieddin will oversee the firm’s strategic direction, operational performance, and service line expansion across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Africa.

Strategic Expansion Focused on Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia remains central to JLL’s long-term regional strategy, supported by major infrastructure projects and economic diversification initiatives under Vision 2030.

From Riyadh, Takieddin will drive business growth across core segments including commercial real estate advisory, project management, investment consultancy, and facilities management. His leadership is expected to further strengthen JLL’s market visibility and deepen client relationships across the Kingdom and beyond.

Driving Growth in Data Centers and AI-Enabled Services

A key pillar of JLL’s regional strategy is expanding capabilities in emerging sectors such as data centers and AI-driven property technologies.

Takieddin will focus on scaling digital transformation initiatives within real estate services, integrating advanced analytics, smart building solutions, and technology-enabled facilities management to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.

This approach aligns with rising demand for digital infrastructure and technology-focused property solutions across the Middle East and Africa.

His experience includes large-scale real estate transformations, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities modernization, and sustainability-driven initiatives.

This international expertise positions him to lead JLL’s regional growth while implementing global best practices across MEA markets.

Positioning JLL for Long-Term Regional Success

As Regional Head and CEO, Takieddin will collaborate with existing market leaders across the UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Africa to accelerate service integration and client expansion.
