NEOM Appoints GHM to Manage The Chedi Trojena in Saudi Arabia’s Mountain Tourism Hub

NEOM Hotel Development has selected General Hotel Management Ltd. (GHM) to operate The Chedi Trojena, strengthening its portfolio of global hospitality partners within the ambitious NEOM project in northwest Saudi Arabia. The agreement marks GHM’s entry into Trojena, a year-round mountain destination designed to redefine luxury tourism in the Gulf region.

Trojena is also scheduled to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games, positioning it as a global stage for sports, culture, and high-end travel experiences.

The Chedi Trojena: A Luxury Retreat in the Mountains

The Chedi Trojena will be situated within the Slope Residences, perched high above the mountain terrain with panoramic views of the Lake of Trojena. The hotel forms part of Trojena’s masterplan, which is divided into six distinct clusters: Gateway, Discover, Valley, Explore, Relax, and Fun.

Located in the Relax Cluster, the property is envisioned as a serene sanctuary focused on wellness, recreation, and rejuvenation. Nature trails, landscaped public spaces, and open-air walkways will surround the hotel, offering guests immersive access to the alpine-style environment.
