Nobu Hospitality has confirmed plans to introduce a Nobu Hotel, Nobu Restaurant and Nobu Residences in Al Khobar, further expanding its portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

The development will bring the brand’s signature blend of luxury hospitality, destination dining and branded living to the Kingdom’s Eastern Province.

Integrated Mixed-Use Development in Al Khobar

The project will feature a luxury hotel, a flagship Nobu restaurant and high-end residential units under the Nobu Residences brand.

It is being developed by Al Khobar Sands Real Estate Co. Ltd, a joint venture involving Retal Urban Development Company, part of Al Fozan Group, and Assayel Arabia, a subsidiary of Ali Zaid Al Quraishi and Brothers Company (AZAQ).

The partnership combines local real estate expertise with a globally recognised hospitality brand.
