Detailed Project Insights

Mysk Residences Riyadh

Planned as a 58-key boutique aparthotel, the property will be located on King Salman Road. With proximity to Riyadh International Airport and major upcoming developments, it will target both short-term and extended-stay guests.
Facilities are expected to include serviced apartments, penthouses, a fitness centre, swimming pool, café and in-room dining.

Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort

Located in Al Jubailah, Riyadh, this lifestyle-focused resort will span over 63,500 sqm. The project is centred around equestrian experiences and outdoor recreation.
Key features include horse stables, professional arenas, walking and cycling tracks, bungalow-style accommodation, wellness facilities, sports courts and multiple dining options.

Mysk Al Haramain Hotels, Makkah

The two hotels in Makkah will offer 264 and 182 rooms respectively. Positioned within close proximity to the Masjid al Haram, the properties will cater primarily to Umrah pilgrims seeking convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Strategic Partnerships Supporting Development

The projects are being developed in collaboration with regional investment partners, including Al Rajhi Investments (Saudi Arabia), Adante Realty LLC (Oman) and FSM Hospitality Company (Saudi Arabia). These alliances highlight a collaborative approach to scaling hospitality infrastructure in the Kingdom.
